Affiliate Disclosure

Last updated: June 2026

In short: today, links on this site are ordinary links — they are not tagged and we earn nothing when you click them. We are applying to affiliate programmes; when a link can earn us a commission it will be marked, and this page will be updated first. Nothing we earn will ever change what we say about a product.

The honest version

Vegetarian Meat is applying to join affiliate programmes (such as Amazon Associates and networks like Awin). Until those approvals arrive and links are tagged, no link on this site pays us anything. When that changes, an affiliate link will mean the retailer pays us a small commission if you buy after clicking — the price you pay stays exactly the same, paying links will carry rel="sponsored", and this page will say so plainly.

It does not buy a good review

We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or paid by any of the brands we compare (THIS, Beyond, Quorn, Richmond, Linda McCartney, Moving Mountains, Heura or any other). Our comparisons are based on publicly available information, and we will happily say a product is poor value or not what it claims even where an affiliate link exists. If anything ever is a paid or sponsored placement, we will label it clearly as such.

Accuracy

Product details (protein, ingredients, vegan status, availability and price) are gathered from public brand and retailer sources and can change at any time. Always check the current pack and the retailer’s own page before buying.
